Constellations; making systemic setups visible

What you may subconsciously know but not fully recognize can be made visible through a systemic setup. Bringing awareness to the patterns within your family system, relationships with others, or the organization where you work helps clarify these patterns and the role you occupy. This process creates space for you to acknowledge your own part and, in turn, offers insights and freedom to make changes. It enables you to do more of what aligns with you and the path you need to follow.

If you feel that life is not flowing as it should—whether in your relationships, studies, or work—and you’re struggling with mental or physical health issues, a systemic setup can provide insights into your desires and what actions you may need to take in order to move forward.

Truly experiencing and also ’embodily’ understanding the dynamics within families and organizations, getting a sense of ‘what you’ve felt but haven’t spoken about’ is an enriching experience. It can transform how you view yourself and the way you engage with others. The knowledge and experience gained from this process are valuable in shaping how you approach study, work, relationships, and life in general.

Curious about what a systemic setup can reveal for you and your questions? Every 6 to 8 weeks, there is an opportunity to bring your question to the workshop on Sunday afternoons, where representatives will take part in the process. You can also explore your question individually in this way.

If you have a question you’d like to explore using a systemic setup or if you’d like to sign up as a representative, feel free to reach out.
